We are excited to introduce the Electronic Voucher Application (EVA) at Telecommunications Access Iowa (TAI) – a speedy and efficient way to process TAI vouchers entirely online.

With the implementation of this system, you’ll be able to manage equipment vouchers and receive reimbursements from the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) in record time.

This innovative solution enables us to streamline the process and simplify the administrative tasks, making it convenient for everyone.

What’s available now?

  • Receive vouchers instantly.
  • Process vouchers in real-time.
  • Submit voucher claims directly to the IUB for quicker payment.
  • Enroll in direct deposit.

How to get there:

  • Create an account with Okta, the secure single sign-on (SSO) authentication method for the State of Iowa. Go to https://iub-eva.iowa.gov/, Click on “Sign In” and then on the login page, click on “Sign up.”
  • It is one email address per Vendor. Use the email that you provided to TAI. If you are not sure which email you used, please refer to our Equipment Vendor’s list. This is important because the applicant will select a Vendor during the application process. Once approved, the voucher will be immediately sent to the account with the corresponding email address.
  • If you do not have an email address, please contact TAI immediately.
  • Once you have signed up, the IUB will update your permissions to have Vendor access.
  • To sign up for direct deposit, please fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and then mail or fax it to the contact information on the bottom of the form. Click on this link to open the Direct Deposit Authorization Form PDF.
