Do you have a hard time hearing and understanding on the phone? We have a great solution for you – Captioned Telephone!
It is ideal for people with hearing loss. CapTel works like any other telephone, plus you get to read everything that the caller says!
How does it work? It’s easy! You call a friend, for example, the same way as with any other telephone. As you dial, the captioned telephone automatically connects to a free captioning service. When your friend answers, you hear and read everything they say – just like a traditional call.
The captioning service – which is FREE to you – transcribes everything they say into captions, so you can read what it being said.
